Closing reception for "Lessons Learned: Explorations in Metal," an exhibition of sculpture, vessels, wearables and other objects by metalsmith Joe Muench, Iowa State University professor emeritus of art and visual culture, and 18 former students. The show is on display April 10-30 in the Community Gallery at the Octagon Center for the Arts in downtown Ames.
